At ArganWholeSale, we only ship freshly-pressed Argan Oil that is 100% organic and sourced from Morocco, to ensure highest quality of products delivered.

Below are our shipping and returns policy along with payment details and cancellation policy.

Minimum Order Quantity & Approval

Approval by our dedicated sales staff is a prerequisite. The minimum order quantity for wholesale Argan oil is 5 liters, featuring tiered pricing based on quantities.

Our private label services use a minimum order quantity of 250 bottles. Opting for personalized boxes, the minimum order quantity is 1000 bottles.

Order Fulfillment: How it Works

Upon order approval, a personalized and secure payment link is generated and shared with you. After processing your payment, we assign a pressing date for oil based on the orders’ queue, with oil processing taking approximately 3-4 weeks.

International Shipments

Embark on a global journey with our shipping services covering over 150 countries worldwide. With over 15 years of experience in international shipping documentation, we use trusted carriers like USPS International, UPS, and FedEx International. Transit times vary based on the chosen method and location.

Freight

For bulky or heavy shipments requiring palletization, we offer LTL freight shipping. Note that costs and carriers can change upon confirmation from our broker.

Import Duties and Other Fees

Be aware of potential customs fees, VAT, sales tax, and brokerage fees in your country, typically charged by the government. Customers are responsible for these charges, and failure to pay may result in return shipping costs being your responsibility.

Billing/Shipping Addresses

To prevent online fraud, we only ship to the matching billing address of the credit card used. Address verification for international cards may involve additional forms.

Shipping Address Corrections

Avoid address correction fees by ensuring accurate shipping details. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Changes & Cancellations

Ordered quantities (increase only) can be changed within 24 hours. Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Refunds are not offered on completed, shipped, or delivered orders.

Damaged/Lost Items

Report damaged items within 3 business days, providing thorough documentation for a prompt resolution.

Returns

Custom-made products, including freshly pressed Argan oil, private label items, and other Argan oil products, cannot be returned, following industry standards. Utilize our free sample policy to assess quality before larger purchases.

Packaging

Following changed Moroccan regulations, Argan oil is packaged in 5-liter PET containers. Larger orders come in 5-liter PET containers.

Non-Palletized Items

Small orders are delivered via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, with shipping charges based on total weight.

Palletized Items

Large orders are delivered on pallets, with freight shipments including palletized items or multiple non-palletized pieces. Minimum weight charges apply.

Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full and upfront in USD or Euros. 
  • Major credit cards and cryptocurrencies are accepted, with credit card charges appearing as ArganWholeSale.
  • For PayPal Payments, ensure a verified PayPal account with a confirmed shipping address to avoid delays. Unverified accounts or unconfirmed addresses may lead to payment rejection.
