1. Scope
These General Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) apply to all sales of products and services by Argan Products International, operating as ArganWholeSale.com (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”), with registered office at Lotissement Al Majd, Rue 11 N°59 – Lot N°594, Tangier, Morocco. By placing an order, the buyer (“Customer”) accepts these Conditions in full. They prevail over any terms in the Customer’s purchase documents unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Products and Services
We supply 100% organic Moroccan argan oil and related products in bulk and wholesale formats. These include HDPE bottles, 1-gallon containers, 35 lb containers, drums, totes and shelf-ready products, along with private label and contract bottling services. Product descriptions, images and specifications are given for information. Minor variations in color, aroma or texture are natural characteristics of cold-pressed oil and are not defects.
3. Quotes and Orders
All orders require approval by our sales team. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 15 days if no period is stated. An order becomes binding once we confirm it in writing and receive full payment.
4. Minimum Order Quantities
- Wholesale argan oil: 5 liters minimum, with tiered pricing by quantity.
- Private label: 250 bottles minimum.
- Private label with personalized boxes: 1,000 bottles minimum.
5. Prices
Prices are quoted in USD or EUR and exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and brokerage fees unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices at any time, but confirmed and paid orders are not affected.
6. Payment
All orders must be paid in full and upfront. We generate a personalized, secure payment link after approving the order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal (verified accounts with a confirmed address only) and cryptocurrencies. Card charges appear as “ArganWholeSale”. If you need another payment method, contact us.
7. Production and Lead Times
After payment, we assign the order a pressing date based on the production queue. Oil processing typically takes 3–4 weeks. Private label and custom packaging may take longer. Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
8. Delivery and Shipping
We ship to over 150 countries using carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS International. Large orders ship palletized by LTL freight. Freight costs and carriers may change once our broker confirms them. Risk passes to the Customer when the goods are handed to the carrier. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and we ship only to the billing address of the payment card used.
9. Customs and Import Compliance
The Customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees, and for meeting the import, labeling and regulatory requirements of the destination country. If a shipment is refused or abandoned, the Customer pays the return shipping and any related costs.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Ordered quantities can be increased, but not reduced, within 24 hours of the order. Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. No refunds are given on completed, shipped or delivered orders.
11. Inspection, Damage and Loss
The Customer must inspect goods on receipt and report any damage or missing items within 3 business days, with supporting photos and documentation. Late claims may be refused. We will work with the carrier to resolve valid claims.
12. Returns
Freshly pressed argan oil, private label items and other custom-made products cannot be returned, in line with industry practice. We offer free samples so Customers can assess quality before placing larger orders.
13. Quality and Certifications
Our products are produced to our published organic and fair trade standards (see our Organic Certified and Fair Trade Practice pages). Certificates of analysis and certification documents are available on request. We give no warranty that products suit a specific use or formulation. The Customer is responsible for testing products in its own applications.
14. Private Label and Customer Materials
For private label and custom packaging, the Customer warrants that all logos, artwork, claims and label content it supplies are lawful, accurate and do not infringe third-party rights. The Customer is responsible for regulatory compliance of its labels in its own markets. Artwork must be approved in writing before production starts.
15. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount the Customer paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or reputational damage.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, harvest shortages, government actions, export restrictions, strikes, carrier disruptions and pandemics.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco.
